What does it mean when a guy keeps looking at you very were he sees you?

Otayy there is this guy in like all my cles he keeps like starring at me and it kinda weird even my friend notices him starring at me when i walk p like 2 dayy me &nd my friend were walking to lunch &nd talking with her &nd when he pes she stop me and say OMYGOSH he was like eye stalking you almost all my friends notice this when we p him... im really confused because i used to like the guy &nd he knew it to but never did any tink bout it but know that i dnt like him he stares???? PLEASE HELP!
