What to cite Wikipedia as...I know, I got permission to use it as a source, but what do I cite it as?

Is it an electronic encyclopedia? Is the author just unknown? How do I cite it in MLA? I know it's not reliable, but our teacher said that it was OK to use for this...the article is Base 20, if that helps.
