What are some great cheap tails?

my girlfriend and i want to have a drinking night/week, so im am looking into cheap tails, they need to taste really good i mean very little bitterness (we are looking to get intoxicated). Our main thoughts are Sambuca, Vodka maybe rum or scotch. I want to try the Vesper too, but i dont know how much all the spirits will cost.
