Does any one have a good eating program to help loose weight..?

I am 23 years old...I work MON- FRI 8:00AM TO 4:30PM and only get a half hour lunch and the closest and fastest thing around are fast food...ps I hate to just eat salads cuz Im still hungry. So by the time I get home I dont want to do anything or go to the Gym.. I just need to get some energy going a good eating plan and bingo Workout will be a sinch..but I cant get the energy to do it and I am clueless as to what is a good eating plan...Help nutritionist...
