What can I do about my exfiance's fiance?

He and I have been together for almost 2 years, and then he was with her at the same time starting in January through August. She keeps texting that they are great together in bed. I ended up taking text messaging off the cell phone. He had left a nasty message telling me to become obsolete. How can I, when she won't leave me alone?
