Tiny red bumbs on the shaft of my ?

today i noticed that I have little red bumbs on the shaft of my and they hurt when they are touched. my girlfriend thinks it might be a rash from using baby oil as lubricant to masturbate. i also used spit as lubricant earlier today and after that they appeared so i have no idea what caused it. what is the cause?
