Weird symptoms popped up?

Ok so to start i aM 16 years old, I'm pretty active, but I have been smoking pot since I was 12 and ciggs since I was 13 but started heavy about 14.5 yrs. I have recently quit (a month and a half ago) and only occasionally hit a cigg to ween myself off, well I woke up 2-3 days ago and had like a soar throat feeling without the soarness, in the course from then to now I have a pretty deep, hoarse cough, it's pretty hard for me to swallow my spit and when I do swallow it feels like theres a bunch of phlegm chillin in yhe bottom of my throat, also I have been coughing up mucus/ phlegm.. Could this be a result of my lungs healing and cleaning out some of the nasty sh*t or is this mAybe something serious?
