Epilator dillemma?

hi im stuck betweens two epilators....the phillips satinelle ice epilator for �44 at argos and the braun silk epil xelle for about �50 at argos. has anyone bought any of these epilators? which one is beter and why? and what is an efficiency/pro cap.
