NYer's on a very tight budget frequent Conway's there is one near Macy's on bdwy. NYer's who like designer stuff shop at Loehman's, Daffy's and Century 21. People who can wear sample sizes haunt the sample sales. Forget about nice shops near Times Square it's all tourist crap
