What phone should i get for my birthday?

i'm turning 15 in early June, and it will be my two-year mark with my phone i have now. we have at&t (formerly cingular) and i know i'm getting texting (it's been blocked since i got my phone almost two years ago.) and my parents said my other bday present could be a new phone. i want a cool one with a keyboard and camera, or possibly just a cool slider one. but at&t seems like they don't have very many cool ones, any help?
