i dont really think so. you need to get a good amount of everything everyday. you cant just split the food groups up within the week. this diet will prolly help you lose weight but not in a healthy way. you have to remember that normal calorie count in a day is about 2100. that calorie count needs to consist of the things you need to consumeograins vegetables, fruits, fats and oils, milk and dairy products, meat, beans, fish, and nuts... all in one day. go to a doctor and talk to them if any questions.
