Is GM going to get the loan they are seeking?

Depends on the execs - can and will they come up with a viable financial plan to get out of the mess they have gotten themselves in. If they submit a realistic plan that outlines how and what they will use the cash for, then expect that all three will get the needed cash. If they stonewall and just beg, then they won't get it.
