Im startin to feel lonely?

since i have no one to enjoy bein pregnant wit im start to feel sad and lonely(the father i doesnt want to be around).i would love to get a bf or just a male friend but i dont think they would like to be around me (because im pregnant)and since im 17 sum of the friends mothers dont want them around me so wat should i do
