Can anyone get a job for me in either canada or US?

i am a Nigerian with adegree in education and currently teaching in one of the reputable high schools i Nigeria i wissh to migrate to any of the two countries at least on a temporary/workpermit basis and ive been told its easier to get a work per mit if you have a job offer.
