Why do birth control pills that I take make my very intimate area not sensitive anymore?

I never take any birth control pills throughout my marriage and my ex husband only use condom. My ex husband d very easily and as an option he would do me orally and I had a very good this way. After the divorce, I have an American boyfriend who gives me a real wonderful life I never experienced before. He can do me for entire half an hour or more, allowing me to have first before he does. At first we were using condom because I still have to get used to pills and later I take pills and after few months of taking the pills, I found that I can't easily feel when he did me orally or when I touch my oris while he's inside of me and it upsets me so much because I have to struggle to have .. Is there any brand of birth control pills that will not have this same effect as the one I am using now. I am currently on Yasmin. Prior to this it was Mercillon with the same problem. Please help, I don't want to ruin my wonderful ual life because of pills..
