Where should I live with my preferences? 10 points!?

I am the person who doesn't like it too hot or too cold. I want to live near the ocean thats not really any colder than 30 but not hotter than 90. Low humidity if possible!! (yucky humidity! =p) I do like snow but not tons..i like a snowy christmas..but then no snow anytime else..haha is this place that i dream of possible? Where?? =D
