What's the price for hay?

I pay anywhere from $1.50- $4 a bale. The $1.50 stuff wasn't very good hay so he wanted to get rid of it but I also payed $3 for some good stuff this year and i got $4 stuff which is really good because it weighs about 50pounds a bale and looking in it its all green so it's really good stuff. And the really good stuff i dont have to feed my horses as much so the money difference is its actially cheeper and its good stuff for the horse. I usually get 100 bales at a time. And I live in Pennsylvania.
